This product is a reproduction of the EXTREME version of the Metal Gear Sahelanthropus that appears in the game's Episode 50 EXTREME Sahelanthropus."
The main molding color has been changed to black for easy painting.
It recreates the unit's characteristic transformation from REX form to upright bipedal form.
Accessories include an archaeal blade, archaeal grenade, a dedicated shield, and a base.
Four accessory figures are included: Venom Snake, Skull Face, Eli, and the Third Child. The Third Child can be posed in a floating position.
The distinctive skull mark on its head is recreated with a decal.

The accessory figures are unpainted.
