The design is based on the scene from volume 17 featuring Sawako and Kazehaya.

The dial is designed in colors that evoke a snowy night sky and tears.
A teardrop-shaped part is placed at the 6 o'clock position, and colored stones are placed at the birth months of Sawako and Kazehaya.
The front also features an English translation of Sawako's line, "Kazehaya-kun, you're a liar...!", and
the back features an English translation of Kazehaya's line, "Can you imagine how much I love Kuronuma?"

The box features a silhouette of the two of them printed on a blue-purple background.
Every detail has been carefully designed so that you can enjoy viewing the watch while it's inside.
